I think I have been charged too much. What do I do?
Please check your order confirmation email. This confirms the cost of delivery and whther you used a promotional code to get a reduced delivery charge. If you're still unsure, please email us at services@vieathome.com or call us on 0845 300 8022 (Monday - Friday 09.30-18.00)
Are my credit/debit card details safe?
Yes. Our website is secure. The details you give us when you place an order are transmitted safely. You can check the security settings on our website. If you right click when you are entering your personal details or your payment information and then click on properties, you can see our website uses a secure server and any information will be encrypted for your protection.
Can I pay with Virgin vouchers?
Yes you can until Wednesday 30 June. After this we are sorry but we won't accept Virgin vouchers. You can order your items on the website and pay for them using your credit or debit card. Then send your vouchers to us with a note stating your name, address, contact number and your order number (you’ll find this in your confirmation email we send you). We will reimburse your card within 48 hours of receiving your vouchers. It can take up to 10 working days for this to appear on your card. We recommend you post your vouchers recorded delivery.
