Do you offer a guarantee?

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all our items. Our jewellery range has an extended 30 days exchange period. This means you can have a refund if it's within 30 days of purchase or if it's between 30 and 60 days you can exchange it. Our homeware range has a 30 day money back guarantee.

I emailed customer service and I haven't heard back yet

We're sorry we haven't got back to you yet. We aim to respond to your email within 48 hours of recieving it (excluding weekends). Quite often we get back to you quicker than this. We will send an automatic reply acknolwedging your email. If you haven't recieved this, then we haven't recieved your original email and you'll need to send it again.
